Ron Rouillier
After earning his Master of Science in Marketing and his Master of Applied Statistics degrees from Louisiana State University, Ron spent a year with Harcourt, Brace, and Jovanovich in Orlando, Florida implementing cash flow forecasting. He then worked for Proctor & Gamble in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he developed analytical programs to evaluate pricing, promotions, and shelf space management.
In 1989, Ron returned to Baton Rouge and Community Coffee Company where he developed a program to evaluate product quality, customer satisfaction and advertising effectiveness. He was hired away by Hancock Bank to design and implement marketing programs aimed at deposit and asset expansion. His success in that endeavor led to a position with Blue Cross as Manager of Marketing Research and Product Development where he developed the BlueSaver Medical Savings Account and a system for measuring direct marketing effectiveness. Ron was then recruited to lead the development of the EATEL brand and launch cellular telephone service.
In 2004, Cox Communications hired Ron to serve as Director of Marketing Strategy. His duties included, pricing, marketing modeling, financial planning and database marketing initiatives.
Ron has served on the boards of the Boy Scouts’ Istrouma Area Council and Baton Rouge Green, the Sales & Marketing Executives of Greater Baton Rouge, as well as the Baton Rouge Zoning & Planning Advisory Committee.
He became an associate at Cranch-Hardy in 2009.
